Urban Dialogues
Urban Dialogues was founded by Mariada Stamouli and Elena Stamouli was born from a genuine need for a space to think, create, and act on all things urban.
As a think tank platform, Urban Dialogues aims to bring inspiration and fresh, innovative tools to the understanding of both urban and rural life. At the heart of our approach lies a fundamental belief in the transformative power of legislation. For us, laws and policies are not static rules but living framework, tools that can be reimagined and strategically repurposed to better serve communities.
A core principle of Urban Dialogues is to explore and invent new ways of using legislation as a catalyst for more just, inclusive, and resilient futures. We see policy as a design instrument, capable of unlocking innovation and shaping urban environments that reflect the complexity of local cultures, ecologies, and lived realities.
Our vision is clear: to shape places that are vibrant, sustainable, and deeply responsive to the needs of the people who inhabit them, through design, participation, and the strategic use of legislation.
